Report suspicious activity

Use these steps to report unexpected logins, password resets, or other suspicious activity with your Okta account. You can also contact TWDB cybersecurity via email.

1. Click your name in the top right corner to display a dropdown with the options: Settings, Preferences, Recent Activity, and Sign out.
   Click the Recent Activity option.
   
2. The Recent Activity page allows you to review all recent Okta sign-ins and security events including password resets and added or removed security methods used for authentication. If you are unsure about a recent sign-in or security event, click the Security Event on the right navigation panel and then click Report.
   
3. Click Report to send an email to TWDB administrators.
   
4. A success message should display in the lower right corner of the portal. You should hear from the TWDB cybersecurity team within one to two business days.
