Background

Morgan’s Wonderland Camp offers a summer camp experience for people with and without special needs. The Edwards Aquifer Authority partnered with the camp and installed a 21,000-gallon storage rainwater harvesting system to use as the sole water source for the on-site demonstration garden. Both the rainwater harvesting system and the garden will be used to teach camp attendees the benefits of conserving water, reducing erosion with native plants, and providing STEM learning experiences with an inclusive mindset.
