2011 Petitions

Petitions filed by Canyon Regional Water Authority and Hays Caldwell Public Utility Agency appealing the desired future conditions of the Carrizo-Wilcox, Queen City, Sparta, Weches, and Reklaw aquifers.

A public hearing for these petitions was held December 5, 2011, at the Evergreen Underground Water Conservation District, Pleasanton.

These petitions were presented to the TWDB board on March 1, 2012. The desired future condition was found to be reasonable.
