Low-Cost Flood Sensor Guidance Manual

Project summary:
Through research, community and stakeholder engagement, and on-the-ground testing, a Guidance Document will be developed that communities can use to identify, install, and operate a commercially available and scalable low-cost flood sensor (LCFS) flood warning system (FWS) that provides real-time flood alert communications at roadways. The project tasks involve desktop research, stakeholder engagement, community analysis, pilot project development, and guidance document preparation.
