Minutes of the TEXAS WATER RESOURCES FINANCE AUTHORITY April 19, 2000

Vice Chairman Noe Fernandez called to order the meeting of the Texas Water Resources Finance Authority at 9:05 a.m. at the Henrietta Memorial Center, 405 North Sixth Street, Kingsville, Texas.

The following Board members were present, constituting a quorum:

Noe Fernandez, Vice Chairman Wales H. Madden, Jr., Secretary/Treasurer William B. Madden, Member Jack Hunt, Member Bill Meadows, Member Kathleen White, Member

Persons attending were among those present at the Texas Water Development Board meeting of the same date. The Authority then considered items on the formal agenda in the following order.

1. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE Minutes of the SEPTEMBER 15, 1999 MEETING. Mr. Jack Hunt moved to approve the minutes as submitted; Mr. Wales Madden seconded the motion; it passed unanimously 6-0.

2. CONSIDER THE ELECTION OF OFFICERS TO SERVE UNTIL FEBRUARY, 2001 TWRFA MEETING. Mr. William Madden moved to elect Mr. Jack Hunt as Chairman of TWRFA; Vice Chairman Noe Fernandez seconded the motion; it passed unanimously 6-0.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 a.m..
