AUSTIN – (January 22, 2019) – The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) today approved by resolution financial assistance in the amount of $775,000, consisting of a $175,000 loan and $600,000 in loan forgiveness, from the Clean Water State Revolving Fund to the City of De Kalb (Bowie County). The City will use the assistance to finance wastewater system improvements.
In addition to the loan forgiveness, the City could save approximately $80,000 by using the Clean Water State Revolving Fund.
