Guidance on Asset Management of Community Storm Water Systems

Project summary:
The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) has developed a Guidance Tool for Effective Asset Management for Community Flood Infrastructure to assist entities in Texas responsible for asset management of their flood infrastructure. This resource is designed to give entities a practical, repeatable starting point for managing 22 asset types.
The guidance is intended for cities, counties, municipal utility districts, drainage and flood control districts, special districts, state agencies, and other owners or operators of flood infrastructure. It gives particular attention to entities with limited staff, equipment, data, or asset management resources.
