Public Comment Period Clean Water & Drinking Water State Revolving Funds Draft Intended Use Plans8/10/2022 at 10:00 AM

The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) is holding a public hearing for review and comment before approval and adoption of the draft State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2023 State Revolving Fund (SRF) Intended Use Plans (IUPs). These IUPs cover funding for “general activities” only from the annual federal appropriations and the supplemental funding available under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA). Supplemental funding from the IIJA for Emerging Contaminants in both programs and for Lead Service Line Replacements under the DWSRF program are not covered under these proposed IUPs. The TWDB will provide additional informational on those sources of IIJA funding in the future.
