TWDB Self-Evaluation Report Prepared for the Texas Sunset Advisory Commission
The TWDB is under Sunset review for the 2022–2023 review cycle. Through the Sunset process, the Texas Legislature looks closely at the need for and performance of state agencies. As the first step in the review, TWDB was required to submit a self-evaluation report (SER) by September 1, 2021, that identifies problems, opportunities, and issues the agency feels should be considered during the review.
