AUSTIN - (March 17, 2014) - The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) today approved by resolution financial assistance in the amount of $38,260,000 to the City of San Antonio, acting by and through the San Antonio Water System (Bexar County), consisting of a loan from the Clean Water State Revolving Fund.
