Outlay Reports

The TWDB requires all current and future customers receiving Financial Assistance to submit regular outlay reports for the following financial assistance programs:

• Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF)
• Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF)
• Economically Distressed Areas Program (EDAP)
• Water Assistance Fund (WAF), and
• Flood Infrastructure Fund (FIF)

Outlay Process

The TWDB has created a general overview of the outlay process in a PowerPoint Presentation format to walk entities through the process.

The above mentioned programs have different reporting requirements throughout the project life cycle.  Please determine your Entity's specific reporting requirements.

Outlay Workbook Template

The outlay workbook templates are created individually for each type of funding commitment an entity's project has.  Please contact us to request your template(s).  In the body of the email please provide the following information:

• Entity Name
• Project Number(#)
• Loan/Grant Number(#) (if known)
