Welcome to the Texas Water Development Board's New Application for Financial Assistance
The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) is pleased to provide you with a new application for financing. This comprehensive application for financial assistance will replace the previous guidance documents provided.
In order to make the process of applying for assistance smoother for our customers, this new application is comprehensive, covering all loan and grant assistance for water and wastewater infrastructure financing through the various TWDB programs. The format of the new application is intended to expedite the review process for both the applicant and TWDB staff.
This page contains the forms and links necessary to assist applicants in completing an application for financial assistance for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Below are links to the application, forms, and guidance materials necessary to complete the application. The application is set up as a Microsoft Office Word form. Use of the tab key will move the cursor forward to the next question. You may also use the mouse to move between items. Please submit additional pages as needed. In addition, be sure your entity system name as well as the attachment section and number appear on every attachment. The guidance documents are tools designed to assist with this process.
