Treatment Facility Operator Assistance

Certified operators in the TWDB Austin and regional offices (Inspection & Field Support Services) provide on-site wastewater treatment assistance to communities with populations of less than 20,000. They evaluate the treatment process, operations, maintenance, budget, and testing; discuss observations and findings with and provide reports to facility operators and owners; and make follow-up visits on an as-needed or as-requested basis.
