Water for Texas 2017 Conference1/23/2017 at 3:30 PM

Water for Texas 2017 will bring together water industry experts and enthusiasts, engineers, water authorities and districts, legislators, financial advisors, city and regional representatives, and anyone else interested in Texas water. The agenda will feature moderated panels, workshops and breakout sessions, technology demos, networking, an awards banquet and more. Attendees will hear from prominent speakers and industry experts, including TWDB Board members and staff. Session topics include: water loss tools, tips, strategies, and online reporting; agricultural water conservation; policy issues for the 85th Legislative Session; rainwater harvesting and Texas Rain Catcher Award; the future of groundwater law (undergoing approval for CLE credit); changing behaviors to improve water conservation; flood preparedness, planning, and response; and much more.
